Poetry Book – Cerebral Confetti
About the Book
Cerebral Confetti evolved as a garden of thought, years of inspiration from a swarm of sources, most notably my cherished family. As the title implies, it’s a collection of essays and poetic reflections, drafted over decades. My Canadian born mother was the catalyst for several pieces. Mumsy and I shared countless sweet memories, from intimate to pure fun, mirrored in Un jour avec mon petit chou. Another, Ma Joie de Vivre, recounts her living history. Who better than our loved ones to animate our story telling?

From THROUGH THE SEAMS: In my everyday circles, it’s hard to find people who agree with me that life parallels Baseball. Most people I know think I’ve taken a few fast balls to the bean for drawing such convoluted comparisons. For me, it’s as easy as spotting a Yankees cap in a crowded bar… Baseball writing was on/off again until October 2004 when I was inspired by the Red Sox rising from the ashes, champions of the greatest sports comeback, ever!
Writing has always been an outlet for me, providing a channel to express words unspoken, whether sports or life-inspired.
