  1. I am a licensed dietitian and nutritionist, and I ran and owned SA largest clinical practice of dietitians and nutrition consulting business in SA before moving the USA in 2012. I have also written two books and co-authored a recipe book in SA. I have re-established my practice in the USA, and would like to write a nutrition book for the USA market. I have new and exciting information from current research which I believe will change the way we think about nutrition and disease risk, as well as disease management. Since working with a few hundred patients here in the USA, I have a very good idea now of the tools and information that are needed to help people achieve health and prevent disease.

I am unfortunately really busy building my business – but I am passionate about what I do and committed to helping people, so I desperately want to get the book written. But finding the time to sit and write is difficult, even though it is a priority for me. So, I have come to the conclusion that I may need to look for a ghost writer and was wondering if you might be able to assist with this, as well as provide advice on publishing and marketing in the US market.

Any guidance you can provide will be very much appreciated.

    Thank you so much
    Anne
